De Lacy Targa Rally

Progress Report -April : - Following our announcement, below, its all go at De Lacy to get this event back to the Calendar. With all the training that has been taking place over the last couple of years we have had to monitor the state of the route as originally planned. BUT, we can promise all potential competitors a first class event with up to 16 special tests, laid out across the MOD estate. The Clerk of the Course Dave Walmsley has been working very closely with the MOD to ensure that we are able to run on our scheduled date.
The Supplementary Regulations are ready with the Permit application just awaiting their completion and submission to MSUK and the MOD. So, please keep watching the web page and the De Lacy Facebook Page for all the up to date information.
Malcolm Higgins - Secretary of the Meeting, De Lacy Targa Rally, Catterick, 2024

Good afternoon everyone, the De Lacy Motor Club Targa Rally (Catterick), is scheduled to return to the calendar over the weekend of 20th 21st July 2024. The team and I are working behind the scenes with the MOD to ensure that the roads which we would like to use this year are available after the heavy use which they have had during the last two years since we were last there.

Plans which we had already drawn up for 2023 are ready to use but still need to be tweaked to comply with the new rules for 2024. I am progressing well and the regulations for this year's event will be available sometime in May, ready for entries opening shortly afterwards.
